With many exciting projects coming up, including a brand refresh, this role will be instrumental in shaping our marketing, content and communications function, bringing a new brand to life, and making a meaningful impact on how people approach investing and wealth creation. RESPONSIBILITIESBe a key contributor to the communication and content strategy Produce and manage digital content across website, socials and EDMs Develop, test and manage timely customer communications Produce media and news announcements Support marketing campaigns with new content initiatives such as podcasts, videos, webinars and speaking engagements leveraging core competences within the business Manage the content and communications calendar Improve processes that support an efficient and organised approach to managing communications and content Grow customer engagement across social media channels Leverage data analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement Collaborate with stakeholders across the business SKILLS & EXPERIENCETertiary qualification in marketing, communications, media etc5+ years’ experience in customer communications and content management Excellent writing skills with an ability to adapt content to different segments, channels and stage of investment journey Experience working in financial or insurance services or a technology company highly sought Strong experience managing social media channels, content management systems and other marketing tools Experience using the MS Office suite, CMS and Google Analytics Ability to solve problems, meet deadlines and have an agile yet structured approach in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment BENEFITSExcellent salary + benefits Flexible working environment - WFH 2 days per week Supportive management and great team culture Varied, exciting and “hands on” role with opportunities for career development offering plenty of learning opportunities to advance a career in the financial services sector Attractive role where you can really take ownership and make it your own!Are you looking for a new and exciting role?
