ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team to execute various marketing initiatives and campaigns. You'll be responsible for assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall success of the marketing efforts.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Assist in the planning, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics to track performance.
Work closely with other areas of the organisation to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging.
Handle administrative duties such as maintaining marketing calendars and organising files and documents.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
An understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
Organised and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.

TIME COMMITMENT:
The team holds a 1-hour virtual catch-up meeting every four weeks on a Monday, from 6-7pm. This meeting is designed for the team to connect, collaborate, and plan upcoming work. Outside of this scheduled meeting, your involvement is highly flexible, allowing you to choose how much time you dedicate to assisting the organisation. We have ongoing business-as-usual tasks that require regular support, as well as non-urgent project work that can be completed at your convenience.
