Job Overview
This role of Marketing Coordinator is to ensure South Auckland Motors, Manukau Autos and Southern Autos maintain a good market presence through effective Marketing and Customer Retention processes.
You will be charged with managing and running all of our marketing processes/campaigns including helping to design and manage any creatives with third parties or internally with the Sales and Service teams. You will be responsible for ensuring all Digital Marketing or print campaigns are on time and are run at a high standard. Ensuring our marketing spend delivers results and making decisions on alternatives when necessary.
You will also ensure our Customer Sales and Service Retention process runs efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring the business continues to grow.
This role will cover all aspects of the business and requires a person who can lead Management, Sales People and Service Advisors through our Sales and Service Retention process, making sure it is followed and achieving the desired goals.
There are also a number of Administration tasks that need to be completed on a weekly basis and are critical to the success of the department and business overall.
Role and Responsibilities
Marketing
Meet with Sales, Service and Parts Managers regularly to stay informed about upcoming promotions or specials.
Design and implement Marketing documents as needed.
Work with IT and Process Manager to develop Marketing Campaigns.
Analyze Marketing results to determine where we are getting our best return on investment.
Conduct Lead Generation Analysis.
Manage all Meta, Linked In, Google, EDM and other marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Manage all Print Ads ahead of time to achieve savings goals.
Come up with Marketing ideas to drive Sales.
Plan and manage campaign events for South Auckland Motors, Manukau Autos and Southern Autos.
Manage third parties.
Customer Retention
Run the weekly Service Reminders Process for South Auckland Motors, Manukau Autos and Southern Autos.
Send out all weekly emails and Postcards.
Review and recommend possible improvements to the process.
Run Sales Anniversary Process for South Auckland Motors, Manukau Autos and Southern Autos.
Administration
Perform Day to day administrative tasks.
Other
Photograph New, Demo and Used Vehicles for Advertisements and social posts.
Assist other departments where necessary.
Support the IT and Process Manager with any Project Management Tasks needed to be completed for both businesses.
Preferred Skills
Computer Knowledge
Marketing Background
Design Experience (Canva, Adobe, Power Point or similar)
Excellent Work Ethic
Experience Managing Ads and creating video would be a great benefit.
