Our client is a new disruptive New Zealand founded app that is connecting talent to teams more dynamically than ever before, focused on engaging and empowering job seekers into fulfilling careers. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their Auckland based team. 

As the Marketing Manager you are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

You will be a great business leader as well as a great marketing leader. You are responsible for working with executives to determine budgets and targets. You will play a critical role in aligning technical capability and creative direction with the company’s strategic goals.

With 5+ years of experience, ideally in Saas or an app-related business, you will possess an intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels, the analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges and the technical experience using Hubspot or executing marketing journeys via email. A strong understanding of SEO, ASO and organic marketing and experience in paid performance marketing, community and content building are a must. 

You will have excellent communication and copywriting ability, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
