What you will be doing: Coordinate and execute industry and consumer events, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met, under the guidance of the Marketing Communications Manager.

Support the Marketing team in developing materials and enhancing educational activities in traditional channels.

Manage end-to-end event planning, including pre- and post-event logistics, risk management, and follow-up activities.

Analyse post-event metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data.

Assist the marketing team with Go-to-Market and Communications campaigns.

Provide administrative support, including workflow setup to ensure timely campaign execution and milestone adherence.

Organise and audit the marketing storeroom and coordinate SWAG.

Manage social media scheduling and inboxes, staying updated on industry trends and compelling campaigns.

Keep marketing calendars current and communicate campaign objectives and timelines to the sales team.

What we are looking for: A strong desire to learn is a Must! Proven experience in managing and executing successful events, from conception through completion.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and how events contribute to brand and business objectives.

Proficiency in event management, digital marketing techniques, and social media platforms.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required by event schedules.

Confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people.
