This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation—you'll help shape how Kami communicates its value while working closely with our digital and creative teams to bring ideas to life. Your deep understanding of what great content looks and feels like will help shape our approach across all channels. From developing content frameworks for product updates to writing impactful campaign content, this role offers the chance to drive Kami's next phase of growth. If you're a strategic thinker and skilled copywriter who loves turning complex ideas into engaging content, this is your opportunity to grow with Kami. What You'll Do Own our editorial calendar. Establish ‘always on’ and campaign rhythm across owned, paid, and earned channels with high-quality, timely, dial-moving content. Ensure content thermatics deliver to users needs and business goals. Lead Kami’s thought leadership to establish us as the global go-to innovator in digital learning and a trusted advisor for users and their communities. Leverage Kami’s passionate customers to craft compelling stories that humanise and quantify our impact, plus stand out in crowded markets. Create and scale acquisition, retention, and product communications in an effort to increase adoption, reduce friction, and provide relevant updates Execute Kami’s SEO content strategy. Capture relevant query traffic, optimize on-page SEO, and structure content to boost discoverability and organic growth. Ensure long-form content meets best-in-class standards, works across new and emerging channels/ formats, and (with the help of tooling) delivers with velocity. Collaborate across teams to amplify content, utilise data and AI tools to boost performance, streamline ideation, and drive user and business value. About you You bring a sharp eye for detail, a love for words, and a deep understanding of modern content storytelling, strategy, and execution. You write with both impact and empathy.4–6+ years in content marketing or journalism; Saa S, Tech, or Ed Tech experience preferred Exceptional attention to detail—strong on grammar, accuracy, and brand consistency Customer-obsessed with strong research, synthesis, and insight skills Solid grasp of content strategy, execution, tone of voice, and scaling comms programs Self-starter who collaborates well across teams, delivers with intensity and a commercial lens Globally minded, with a passion for supporting diverse, passionate educators and colleagues.
