You'll be responsible for providing experiencesthat exceed guests' expectations throughout their journey and putting ourguests at the forefront of our strategy. We're looking for candidates based inAuckland or Wellington, and are happy to meet flexible work arrangements ifdesired.TheHead of Experience requires critical thinking, creativity, and superiorstakeholder management skills. Experience is a newly created team that willrequire new ways of working to unleash the power of their complementaryskillsets. As the leader of this team, the Head of Experience will be anexcellent communicator, allowing the team to properly organise itself to bringthe Experience vision to life, creating a cohesive journey for our customersand stakeholders.Inthis exciting new role, you will:Drive thesustainability agenda throughout all projectsBuild (andcontinuously improve) customer focused experiencesEnsure ourbrands have the structure and process in place to embrace the sponsorshipstrategyManageend-to-end experience activities in line with short/long-term objectivesCreate andmanage large events and activation strategyDevelop newconcepts and trends driven from a deep understanding of consumer insights fromideation through to executionLead a team oftalented individuals across the marketing team to develop a seamless customerexperienceUnderstandconsumer behaviour at a macro level and drive data-led insights throughaccurate/timely reporting, while confidently championing internal stakeholdercollaborationBe heavilyinvolved in how we shape of strategy and development of systems to support ourexecutionThisrole will require an individual with real passion, great communication andstrategic skills with strong experience in relatable businesses.If this sounds like a bit of you (and you're legally entitled to work in NZ), then have a crack at joining our 100% homegrown kiwi company.
