Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Reporting to the Technology Services Manager, this role is designed to oversee the Incident & Problem Management processes within our ICT environment and drive outcomes with our vendors. Using your well-honed analyst and problem-solving skills, this role will require maintaining the ICT known problems register, being the process owner for the problem management process, and operating as a service aggregator for process areas across the vendor community, ensuring seamless process delivery to NZ Post stakeholders.
Mōu - About You
As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have excellent analyst and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language. You will have experience gained within ICT technical support, incident, or problem management roles, and high attention to detail.
You will understand the ITIL framework and have previous experience working within a large, complex ICT environment. An understanding of software licensing and compliance principles would be advantageous. You enjoy learning new technology, grasping new concepts quickly, and being a great team player.
