Role Summary
This hands-on, trade-focused role in our Retail Marketing team requires a strategic, commercial marketer to lead trading campaigns, major events, and marketing initiatives that connect with Kiwi customers. The position is a 13-month parental leave contract from July 2025 to August 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver trading campaigns, including major trading events, to drive sales, profitability, and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute plans for Category, MTE, and Brand activities aligned with KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative, media, merchandising, operations, and other teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with the Retail Marketing team to align on communication strategies and deliverables.
- Manage Marketing A&P budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
Essential: Proven retail marketing success, strategic and trading mindset, stakeholder management, and collaborative approach. Desirable: Home category experience, consumer/shopper insights, project management skills, and strong communication abilities.
