This is a strategically aligned, high-impact role, and we're looking for someone who has experience at the Group Product Manager level or above, and is ready for their next challenge.
Responsibilities: Drive product strategy and a cohesive narrative for your product area Lead a team of talented product managers and senior product managers to develop and execute the feature and platform product roadmap You will coach team members and elevate product management capability in your team and the wider division Collaborate with engineering, design, and product marketing to bring new products to market. Deeply understand your customers, and drive shared understanding of target segments across your team and stakeholders Be an effective spokesperson for the product, communicating effectively with executives and other stakeholders. Stay abreast of the latest trends in relevant industry and technology. Develop and implement strategies to drive product adoption and growth. The successful applicant will have:8+ years of experience in product management.2+ years of people leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate and develop a team of product managers Be motivated by diverse problems - from product strategy and growth to foundational technology outcomes Be values driven with a strong focus on collaboration and delivering on outcomes Love learning new things, be willing to push boundaries and drive new thinking A track record of solving complex customer, commercial, and technical problems.
