As the

Channel Manager

for APC by Schneider Electric, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing strategic and state-based partners within the IT industry/ digitisation through Edge computing and/or AI solutions.
Your primary focus will be to develop and execute strategies to drive growth, maximize sales, and enhance the overall partnership experience. You will work closely with a portfolio of up to 20 partners, fostering strong relationships, and collaborating on joint initiatives to achieve mutual success.
This role requires strategic thinking, business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage and enable sales, marketing, technical, and leadership teams within partner organizations

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic and state-based partners in the IT industry
Understand partners' business models and drive growth
Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and establish mutual goals and objectives
Ensure successful execution of joint initiatives and programs with partners to meet or exceed sales targets
Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively promote and sell APC by Schneider Electric solutions
Ideal Candidate
5-10 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably with Channel management experience
Strong understanding of channel sales, partner management, and business development.
Ability to analyze market trends and leverage insights to drive growth
Strategic thinker with high levels of emotional intelligence and commercial acumen
Familiarity with Edge Computing and/or APC by Schneider Electric products and solutions (a plus)
