About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist (BDS) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and developing new business opportunities for Fixinc and our strategic partner, F24 (Europe’s leading provider of technology solutions for crisis and emergency management). As our BDS, you will own the entire research and pipeline development for Fixinc, growing it and evolving it in collaboration with our senior team. Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients in various sectors and locations. Develop and execute targeted email and Linked In campaigns. Generate leads and help build relationships with key decision-makers by researching and considering opportunities for discussions. Collaborate with our resilience advisors to qualify leads and convert them into clients. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities through a sales pipeline (including management of this pipeline and ensuring our wider team keeps it updated). Participate in regular pipeline reviews with our managers and fortnightly workshops on pipeline generation. Continuously learn about our business and services to provide inspiration for additional BD campaigns. The type of person we’re looking for: As this is a hybrid, commission-based role, the perfect individual is self-motivated and can effectively run their own calendar. They will need very little prompting to go out and investigate new opportunities. We do not require you to be a subject matter expert (that’s what our advisors will do), we require you to build a picture of businesses we should be talking to. You will have: Strong research and investigative skills (knowing how to utilise technology to help you). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team (able to speak up and provide ideas during workshops). Self-motivated and driven by results. Proficient in using email and sales tools, including Linked In Navigator, Apollo.io, Notion, and similar tools (all training will be provided). No prior industry or topic experience is required, but a passion for technology, commercial marketing / BD, and innovation is preferable. Lucrative Commission Structure: A 12% base commission rate (negotiable on experience level) accompanied by a 2.5% royalty for returning clients while a contract at Fixinc is active. A capable and committed BDS can earn on average $15-30,000 per year on Royalty Commission alone. Flexible Work Arrangement: Work remotely from anywhere in the world (New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia preferable due to time zones and target markets), with the flexibility to manage your own schedule. If our team requires you to attend a conference or meeting, full expenses will be reimbursed. Comprehensive Training and Support: Receive full training on our business, services, sales processes, and sales conversion techniques, along with ongoing support from our management team. Access to Resources: Utilise a business phone number, email, and subscriptions to key sales tools to facilitate your work. If further tools are required, these can be arranged.
