Location: Christchurch Hours: 20-25 hours per week Salary: $60,000 per annum (0.5 FTE, based on a full-time salary of $120,000)Reports to: Marketing Manager About The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead Red Seed’s digital growth across paid ads, SEO, lifecycle emails, and social. Your focus? Driving product signups, onboarding, and activation in a product-led growth environment. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to plan and deliver campaigns across the full user journey from discovery to adoption. This is a flexible, part-time role (20-25 hours per week) that is ideal for an experienced digital marketer seeking variety, autonomy, and a meaningful impact. What You'll Do Plan and execute digital campaigns across Linked In, Google Ads, and social media to drive sign-ups and increase product usage. Design onboarding and lifecycle journeys that move users from signup to activation. Track and report on key PLG metrics, such as sign-ups, activation rates, and onboarding completion. Optimise SEO, landing pages, and product pages to boost organic traffic and conversion. Use tools like GA4, Webflow, and campaign platforms to improve performance Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Customer teams to align messaging and user experience. What You'll Bring5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience — ideally in a PLG Saa S or B2 B tech environment. Expertise in Linked In Ads, Google Ads, and lifecycle email marketing. Proficiency with GA4, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools. A clear understanding of SEO, landing page optimisation, and user conversion flows. Strong writing, data interpretation, and cross-functional communication skills. A growth mindset — test, learn, iterate. Self-sufficiency — you're comfortable working without an agency or sales team. Collaboration skills — you bring others along the journey while driving results.
