Rental Operations Agent
in a full-time permanent capacity working 40 hours per week.

We work 7-days a week - Monday - Sunday between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm. You would be scheduled to work on a 6-week rotating roster working your 40-hours per week, which could include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, fortnightly weekends, and public holidays to ensure we cover our customer’s needs.
About the Role
As a Rental Operations Agent, you will be involved in all aspects of our business! This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. On the counter, you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.
Additionally, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving and parking our cars, as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.
What we are looking for:
Full , clean, valid class 1
driver’s licence
is essential for this role
Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
