The Role
As a therapist at Connect2 Care, you will be joining amultidisciplinary team. You will provide evidence-based services to peoplethrough multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, communityvisits and centre-based services. Referrals may come through the NDIS, Medicareor privately. It is a mobile role, with the option to work from home or ourhubs when not seeing clients. The role will involve the following:
The New Grad Program
Connect2 Care has developed and specifically tailored a New Graduate Program to make the transition smoother for new graduates entering theworkplace. The program fully supports recent graduates, enabling them toacquire the skills needed to launch them into a successful career. Spanningover 12 months and starting from the moment you step through our doors.
What you can expect:
Weekly 1:1 supervision with your supervisor
Core competency skills training sessions
Fortnightly group mentoring sessions
Mental health drop in sessions
Internal PD sessions
Shadowing opportunities with experiencedclinicians
Opportunity to learn & be supported bysenior clinicians within multidisciplinary teams
