The Role & Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service with premium products
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and KPI targets
Process large volumes of stock efficiently
Pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders
Assist in maintaining store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
Maintain a positive, can-do attitude to enhance customer experience
Qualifications & Skills
Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and memorable shopping experiences
Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
Self-motivated with a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Receptive to feedback and continuous improvement
