Responsibilities: Act as the initial contact for HR inquiries from line managers, providing precise and prompt information and advice. Oversee recruitment for supervisory roles and higher across all brands and shared service functions. Manage the onboarding process for new hires and the offboarding process for departing employees. Handle work pass applications and renewals for foreign employees. Coordinate and manage the annual and quarterly performance appraisal processes. Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personal files. Ensure timely submission of statutory surveys.
