TCL Apparelmaster provides industrial garment rental and linen rental across the Bay of Plenty and Coromandel. We are currently seeking an individual with proven experience as a Staff Supervisor to join the team. The focus of the role as a Staff Supervisor is to oversee the management of staff teams (60+ staff) to ensure efficient workflow and Health & Safety is maintained daily and to delegate and coordinate staff task allocation on the factory floor. This is a varied role and is likely to appeal to an energetic person who can multitask. As a Staff Supervisor you will be: A “People Person” who leads from the front. Can manage staff absences and leave requests to ensure adequate coverage on the factory floor. Demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar role with strong, clear communication skills and the ability to read and write effectively. Positive, team-oriented attitude, with flexibility to adapt and work well under pressure. Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety policies. Hands-On Support! The ability to work alongside and get the most out of your factory team. Process improvement focusing on minimizing downtime and waste. Continuous improvement to maintain excellence in all aspects of operations within this site. Being computer savvy to capture and analyze data.
