Understand and be involved with aspects of the data science process. What you will bring Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, R, Python, SAS, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Google Ad Words, and statistical software. Moderate knowledge in mathematics and statistics, strong business acumen, and moderate computer science/coding skills. Ability to develop key performance indicators and create data visualizations. Utilize business intelligence and analytics tools. More about this role Education / Certifications: Graduated in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related fields. Job specific requirements: Support sales and marketing strategies by leveraging marketing and sales levers, providing guidance for profit actions, optimizing expense allocation, profitability, and improving effectiveness. Present periodic reports to senior management, communicating insights and recommendations to transform data into practical knowledge to influence sales. Build predictive models across categories and brands to recommend resource allocations based on market performance learning. Forecast categories to support future consumption growth and strategic planning. Simulate different scenarios to ensure media investments align with the highest ROI channels and maximize business impact. Collaborate with Google and Facebook marketing science teams to develop testing plans, learning agendas, and best practices. Language requirement: Advanced English proficiency. Work schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary: Mondelēz Southern Cone operates in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay, producing over 40 brands including Milka, Oreo, Cadbury, Tang, and local favorites like Mantecol, Cerealitas, Terrabusi, and Clight.
