Located in sunny Northland which is surely one of the most beautiful locations for a terminal in the world. Worley currently has ~20 staff at this location working in an integrated team with Channel Infrastructure staff to deliver high value solutions. This position would suit a person with a minimum of 5+ years’ relevant experience.The ideal candidate will have completed a relevant tertiary level qualification, have experience with projects involving brownfield and have experience using AutoCAD. You will have a flexible approach to your work, demonstrate resilience and be an excellent communicator. You will have good site-based piping experience, be able to red line drawings and generate concept studies as per client requirements to be distributed to your supporting team of designers based in India.Your duties will include but are not limited to: Provide estimates for drawings.Construction support (problem solving).Broad understanding of process flow schemes.Complete site verification of Process mark-ups.Broad understanding of Civil/Structural drawings.Provide pipe support sketches.Work closely with PEs for project as-building requirements and close-out activitiesCoordinate with other offices for new projects scoping and assist other disciplines.Attend to client’s request onsite (providing engineering/design advice). Assist the info centre in allocating line no’s, equipment tags, SP items, etc.Review multi discipline drawings and documents. Interface with other discipline.Knowledge in 3D is advantageous. Work under pressure situations.
