Our main office is conveniently located in East Melbourne with another centre in Pascoe Vale South & Parkville. Key Responsibilities


Assist the dermatologist during consultations and with new patient assessments.
Accurately document clinical notes and maintain electronic health records in Zedmed.
Prepare and process prescriptions, referrals, and patient correspondence.
Manage patient callbacks and follow‐up communications.
Support efficient patient flow through the consulting rooms.
Apply strong knowledge of medical terminology in day‐to‐day duties.
Contribute to a professional, compassionate, and well‐organised practice environment.
Requirements

Previous experience in a medical setting (Enrolled nursing is desirable).
Familiarity with medical software (Zedmed experience an advantage, training provided).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with patients and clinicians.
