As a Junior Netball Coach you will be responsible for a team of junior netball girls; leading weekly training development sessions and coaching at games.
We run around 15x (Years 1-6) teams during the winter season.
We also have opportunities in our Y7&8 netball programme.
Dates & Times: Year 5&6 girls' main training day is Wednesday afternoons 3:30pm‐4:30pm Some different year levels training on different days We could possibly work with your timetable All training sessions are based at the School campus Games are played on Thursday afternoons at the Auckland Netball Centre in St Johns Older year levels play on Tuesday afternoons or Saturdays The coach role can potentially span February - December or part of this period Pre‐season training and trials are underway March / April Winter netball runs from late April through to early September.

Our Junior School campus is for girls from Years 0-6 (approximately 4 to 11 years of age).
We focus on participation, fun and development in our extra‐curricular sports programme.
We offer support to our coaches through our 'hub' programme run by our Head Netball Coach and overseen by our Junior School Sports Manager.
We provide a fun, positive, respectful, learning environment with a great culture and supportive community.
You'll have fun and it's immensely rewarding.
Teams from each year group train together at the same time so coaches work together.
We can pair you with another person to share the load if that helps.
Training content is provided to some extent and there is also an opportunity to adapt and deliver specific content as required.
Each team/coach is supported by a Team Manager who handles all communications and logistics.
All you have to do is coach.
Our location is central, making it easy to get to via public transport or by car.
If you are a bit rusty about junior netball rules, skills and techniques we can bring you up to speed so don't worry about the details too much.
A positive attitude will go a long way.
