Job Description As a Night Manager at Movenpick Wellington, you will lead and supervise the Front Office Department's operational functions throughout the night. Lead and supervise night shifts, ensuring safety, security, and a seamless guest experience. Collaborate with the team to enforce procedures, creating a tranquil environment. Conduct nightly audits, meticulously reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy. Manage overnight reservations and check-ins, providing efficient and friendly service. Generate reports for management, offering valuable insights. into daily hotel operations Qualifications Must Have: General Managers Certificate LCQ Certificate Experience using Property Management Systems/Applications (such as Opera Cloud etc or similar). Have a full clean New Zealand driver's license. Qualifications: Proven experience in hotel management, particularly in night operations. Strong leadership skills with meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional customer service and effective problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with hotel systems and proficiency in night audit procedures.
