Qualifications Must Have: General Managers Certificate LCQ Certificate Experience using Property Management Systems/Applications (such as Opera Cloud etc or similar). Have a full clean driver's license. Experience: Proven experience in hotel management, particularly in night operations. Strong leadership skills with meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional customer service and effective problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with hotel systems and proficiency in night audit procedures.
