The Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner Prescriber to join our dynamic team at Kimiora.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for patient care and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to our patients and will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to): Providing advanced nursing and prescribing expertise for Primary Health Care Assessment, clinical management and coordination of care across primary and secondary settings will ensure appropriate, safe and timely care delivery.
Further the development of professional expertise and capacity within the nursing and interdisciplinary workforce that will enable them to proactively facilitate early recognition and effective management of co‐morbidity conditions and health deterioration of older people.
Skills and Attributes include (but not limited to): Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner Prescriber with the Nursing Council of New Zealand Registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand in the Registered Nurse Scope of Practice Committed to improving the quality of care and service delivery for primary health in a client centred, culturally safe, creative and innovative manner Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
