About the role
Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day.
Pain Management Services (PMS)
Experience working in inter‑disciplinary teams to support people living with persistent pain
Skilled in behaviour change, pacing strategies, and education in self‑management
Understanding of biopsychosocial approaches
What you’ll do
Use your clinical expertise to support clients in homes, workplaces, and communities — no two days are the same
Deliver care that aligns with our strong internal focus on excellence and outcomes

What you’ll bring

High-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needs

Proven ability to deliver client‑centred rehabilitation in community
Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders
At least 2 years’ experience working within vocational rehabilitation and community rehabilitation services
