About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with a couple of years' experience in a health setting to join a respected provider of acute rehabilitation services in the community. You'll work with clients who have sustained acquired brain injuries, delivering person-centred rehab in their own environments.

Duties
- Work with ACC funding VOC contracts: TIL, Concussion
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualised rehabilitation plans
- Plan, co-ordinate and contribute to MDT structure
- Actively participate in clinical reviews
- Support clients to reach their highest level of function and independence

Skills & Experience
- Occupational Therapist with current New Zealand APC
- Experience in neuro-rehab or a related setting preferred, or open to upskilling
- Strong clinical reasoning and client-centred approach

- Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills
