Position: Office Manager
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week
Mode: Full-time

Native Whole Sale Pty Ltd, a leading wholesale supplier of hospitality goods in the ACT, is experiencing exciting growth and expansion.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in supporting our growing team and helping us maintain exceptional service standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Plan, organise, and oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the office to ensure efficient business operations.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and review office policies, procedures, and administrative systems to support organisational objectives.
• Coordinate and allocate office resources, including staff, workspace, equipment, and supplies.
• Supervise, train, and manage clerical and administrative staff, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and workflow management.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, leave administration, and personnel records in consultation with senior management.
• Monitor office expenditure, process invoices, coordinate payments, and assist with budgeting and financial administration activities.
• Maintain accurate office records, filing systems, databases, and documentation in compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, service providers, and external professionals to ensure continuity of office services.
• Coordinate contracts and relationships with office service providers, including facilities, IT, telecommunications, and stationery suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS), privacy, record-keeping, and other relevant Australian legislation.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency and implement process improvements where required.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation for senior management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for office-related enquiries and operational coordination matters.
• Support senior management with planning, scheduling, and implementation of organisational initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Management, or any related discipline
• Diploma or postgraduate studies in Business Administration (desirable)
Skills & Experience Required:
• Minimum 1 year experience as an Office Manager or related
• Demonstrated experience as an Office Manager or in a senior administrative leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in recordkeeping, financial administration, and office systems.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing teams.
• Solid understanding of OHS, government compliance, and workplace legislation.
• Highly organized, with the ability to set priorities, plan ahead, and problem-solve under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
