Nursery Manager – Urgently Required
Tradestaff is currently seeking an experienced Nursery Manager in Coatesville/Riverhead areas to take charge of day-to-day operations. With immediate motivation to fill this role, this is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a hands-on leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily nursery and yard operations, including deliveries
Lead and supervise staff (people management)
Oversee basic budgeting and financial management
Maintain high standards of customer service
Complete reporting to the Trustee (based in Auckland)
Ensure compliance with spray and safety requirements Requirements:
Class 2 licence (essential)
Proven nursery management experience
Strong people management skills
Basic budget and finance management experience
Computer literate
Spray Certificate (essential) Salary:
