• Develop and deepen EssenceMediacom's relationship with clients
• Ensure strategic and implementation recommendations drive growth for clients

Requirements
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of NZ media market and major global markets
• Strong people leadership and management experience
• Proven track record of proactive client leadership
• Significant knowledge of the digital environment and changing communications landscape
• Strong commercial acumen
• Continually challenges received wisdom and questions convention
• Creates an environment where ideas come from anywhere
