For this role, you will need to understand the testing effort of the project by analyzing requirements. This involves test estimation, defining test strategies and developing test plans for the tasks, dependencies and resources available.
The key responsibilities include:
Defining and developing test strategy, test plans and test exit reports.
Leading Testing activities across different phases of Testing to ensure successful implementation
Maintaining regular communication with all relevant parties on the project regarding progress, issues and/or risk.
Producing test metrics and KPIs to measure testing quality and progress
Co-ordinating with Testing team and Business users providing required guidance and coaching
Identifying the improvements in process and other relevant procedures.
Defect management and leading defect triage meetings with business and technical teams
To be successful in this role, you will need: 
Experience of managing a team in large organizations
Experience working on large Application and infrastructure upgrade projects
Exposure to multiple applications in a complex environment
5+ years in Test Management
Strong stakeholder management
Working Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
