Part-time opportunity, 17 hours per week, includes 6 hours of teaching classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and one Saturday per term.

The Successful Applicant Will Have
Fluency in Gagana Samoa, cultural knowledge, and strong connections to the Samoan community is essential.
Suitable tertiary teaching qualification at level 5 or higher, which may include the Certificate in Tertiary Teaching (Level 5), the New Zealand Certificate in Adult and Tertiary Teaching (Level 5), the National Certificate in Adult Literacy and Numeracy Education (Level 5), or equivalent.
Experience in teaching the specific language and familiarity with online teaching platforms is desirable. The environment of our students will require you to work in a multicultural setting, supporting adult learners. Flexibility to teach evening and weekend classes is necessary.
