In this role, you will make phone-based customer experience review calls on behalf of our clients, capturing honest, detailed feedback to help businesses improve their service standards. What You'll Do: Conduct structured phone interviews with customers, using active listening to understand their experiences. Ask clear, concise, and non-leading questions to capture accurate insights. Record and report feedback in a professional and organised manner. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Represent our brand with warmth, clarity, and credibility. What We're Looking For: Exceptional listening skills able to pick up on subtle cues and customer sentiment. Excellent verbal communication clear, professional, and friendly. High attention to detail accurate recording of feedback is essential. Strong interpersonal skills able to put customers at ease and gain honest insights. High integrity and reliability dependable in completing assigned calls on schedule. Ability to follow scripts and guidelines carefully while adapting to natural conversation flow.
