Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with plant selection and gardening advice. Provide plant care, watering & maintenance. Ensure the garden center is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks. Work in all weather conditions. Requirements: Strong knowledge of plants and gardening. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions. Enthusiastic and energetic with a passion for gardening. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
