Hiring: Outbound Sales Rep (Lead Gen + Closing) — Commission Only (NZ/AU)
Pacific Fleet Systems is expanding its outbound sales capacity and is seeking a strong caller to generate and progress opportunities in the heavy equipment / industrial fleet market (civil, hire fleets, forklifts, industrial).
How the role works
You work from a provided lead list (and may source your own)
You qualify quickly and book demos
Product demos are delivered by our internal team (platform specialists)
You follow up and help progress deals to close (you may also close where capable)
Commission (simple)
10% of the first collected customer payment only (paid only after cleared funds hit our account)
Paid within 7 days of funds clearing
Examples
Lead must be logged before engagement to be commissionable
Commission applies when the lead is logged first, you book the demo and/or drive the sales process, and the deal closes within 120 days of first contact
No commission on leads already in our pipeline or contacted by us in the last 6 months
If funds are refunded or the customer cancels within 60 days, commission is reversed (deducted from future payouts)
This is not employment
Commission-only, no set hours, non-exclusive. You control how/when you work — paid purely on outcomes.
