We're on the lookout for a hands-on Property Caretaker to help maintain a beautiful, large private estate.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping things tidy, enjoys working independently and has a good practical approach. About the Role This part-time position involves a mix of grounds work and light property maintenance.
Supporting the full time team who keep things in tip top shape during the week, you'll be responsible for keeping the grounds tidy and ensuring the property is in good working order over the weekend. Duties include: General grounds maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas Swimming pool cleaning and maintenance Regular checks around the property, ensuring water reticulation is in working order Safe operation and basic maintenance of grounds equipment We're looking for someone who: Has a practical mindset and a strong eye for detail Is confident using common tools and machinery Can work independently and shows initiative Is flexible with hours and available on weekends If you're someone who enjoys physical work, loves the outdoors and has a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
