Foley Hospitality – Auckland, North Island The People & Culture Manager is responsible for shaping and leading the people strategy across Foley Hospitality NZ's portfolio of restaurants and bars.
This role is both strategic and operational, ensuring the business attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent while building a high-performance, values-led culture across multiple regions.
You will partner closely with the CEO, Group Operations Manager to support performance, scalability, and sustainable growth - particularly as the group expands in across NZ.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a national People & Culture strategy aligned with business goals Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team Drive a consistent, high-performance culture across all venues Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Build a scalable recruitment strategy for a 24/7 hospitality business Ensure strong pipelines for critical roles (Venue Managers, Chefs, Duty Managers)Elevate employer brand in competitive markets (especially Queenstown)Culture, Engagement & Retention Design and implement initiatives to improve engagement and retention Lead employee feedback programs (e.g.
