We are passionate about seeing our clients succeed, and when they choose Jarden, they get a partner that always endeavours to go above and beyond.The RoleThe role of Personal Assistant at Jarden is to provide support to one of the Co-Heads of Investment Banking and the Directors within the team. In addition, the role is required to ensure general smooth running of the wider investment banking office and provide guidance and assistance for the team and Business Support Associates as required.This role will be focused on supporting the Co-Head of Investment Banking & the Directors to ensure their calendar is efficiently managed, phone calls are answered, and day-to-day tasks are carried out.Key responsibilities include:Anticipate information and organisational needs including meeting administration support (ensure facilities are available, pre meeting packs prepared and provided)Co-ordinating and arranging all travel; accommodation, transport, venues, catering and purchasing as requiredProviding diary management (including personal) including resolving meeting conflicts and prioritising issues in a timely mannerWork closely with other Executive team members and EAs, while exercising discretion and initiativeProvide administration services where required, including word processing, deal administration, binding of deal packsMonthly expense management, as well as ensuring the timely payment of team support invoicesEnsure all inbound telephone calls for absent team members are answered promptly in a professional manner and messages are promptly referred to the correct peopleDeliver a high, consistent level of customer service to key clientsPerform personal administration tasks for the Co-head of Investment Banking.About YouYou have a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and enthusiasm as well as possessing the ability to handle multiple projects and work well under pressure.
