Senior/Manager, Office of Research Planning & Management (GIS) Agency for Science, Technology and Research – Queenstown Reporting to Director, Corporate Services, we are looking for a candidate to support senior management in strategic planning, resource management and overseeing the day‐to‐day running of the division.
You will be leading a team of corporate colleagues in the involvement of Human Resource and Finance functions, Talent development and Career Planning, Procurement support and managing regular reporting to HQ as well as leading all projects/events initiated by the Institute.
This involves working closely with the core management team in managing the Institute overall budget and resources, liaising with the stakeholders in staff recruitment & onboarding, research manpower cost tracking and projections, talent retention, staff discipline and appraisal management.
Ensures timely and accurate reporting and meeting all the requests from Head Office as well as taking the lead in planning and executing all key events.
Requirements Bachelor degree with 5 years ofexperiences preferably in HR and resource management Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of corporate colleagues in managing day to day operations Quick thinking, resourceful and creative problem solver who works well with various stakeholders and under pressure.
Positive, self‐motivated, and result oriented Resilient, adaptable to changing requirements and priorities.
Effective communicator with good writing and presentation skills Strong negotiation and people skills.
