Position details:
Role: Preschool teacher/manager
Hours: 16-40 hours per week (flexible to suit the right candidate), school terms
Pay: Full Pay Parity.

Your role:
As teacher/manager, you will lead our team, ensuring exceptional learning experiences for tamariki while empowering and supporting our kaiako. You’ll also manage daily operations, fostering a positive and professional environment.
Role requirements:
A proven leader with strong communication skills and a passion for ECE.
BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration.
In-depth knowledge of
Te Whāriki , licensing criteria, & regulatory requirements.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and bicultural learning environment.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership, HR, budgets and operational management.
