About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Based at our client’s premises, we’re looking for detail-driven process champions who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities include:
Ensure accuracy under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
Perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Operate scanning and sorting equipment for efficient processing.
Maintain clear and detailed records of transactions and discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.
Comply with health and safety standards, including PPE requirements.
About You | Mōu
We’re looking for someone who brings a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Proven experience meeting service levels and delivering outcomes.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to adhere to and support process compliance.
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Physically fit
Strong time management and ability to work autonomously.
Customer-centric focus with a willingness to learn and show initiative.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Facilities support experience is highly regarded.
