We’re seeking a talented Production Coordinator to join our Global Supply Chain team, based at our Auckland Winery in Glendene. This exciting role will be responsible for supporting production activities across our Auckland Winery and contract bottling facilities.What you’ll be doing Supporting production and procurement processes by updating work orders, managing export samples and certification, and monitoring quality control issues in conjunction with the production team Coordinating purchases of all packaging items while monitoring delivery schedules against production requirements Liaising with freight forwarders for smooth delivery of imported packaging items into our busy Auckland winery. Be responsible for inventory reconciliation of all packaging items. What you’ll bring Experience in a logistics, accounts or administration in a demanding operational environment Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen and adapt your style The ability to plan, prioritise and execute, monitoring progress against deadlines and milestones, and managing time effectively Naturally high attention to detail, you enjoy working with numbers/data and are quick to learn systems and processes.
