Job summary ETEL Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Engineer to join our Manufacturing Improvement Team The Engineer will be responsible for improving product and process quality, increasing output, and reducing costs The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering degree and 2-3 years of experience in product/process development or manufacturing Job seniority:associate level Responsibilities • Working on initiatives to improve both the PRODUCT and PROCESS • Solving technical problems through hands-on and analytical methods • Producing technical drawings, conducting tests, writing reports, and documenting processes • Coordinating projects and meeting planned timelines Requirements • Bachelor of Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering degree or relevant tertiary qualification • 2-3 Years' experience in product/process development or manufacturing • Familiarity with various manufacturing processes • Excellent understanding of engineering principles, especially mechanics of materials • Experience with SolidWorks and PDM software • Exposure or prior knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Competent written and verbal communication skills Key Skills Needed • Bachelor of Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering degree or relevant tertiary qualification • Experience with SolidWorks and PDM software • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Benefits • Excellent family-focused culture • Training and development opportunities • Opportunities for internal movement • Free parking on site • Employee wellness program • Regular company events
