Program Director Position
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a non-profit organization offering a full continuum of care, including a variety of programs throughout Arizona, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia.
The Program Director will oversee and manage the recovery home program, monitor resources, and coordinate service delivery and personnel administration. This role will work closely with community partners, core service agencies, faith-based agencies, and community organizations to provide education and representation for the recovery home.
The Program Director will serve as a key point of contact with District of Columbia agency personnel on reporting and referrals. This position plays a critical role in delivering CBI's mission to maintain the dignity of human life.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Health Care, or Social Work required.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with opiate or stimulant use disorders and in a recovery home environment required.
Two or more years of professional supervisory and/or managerial experience in human services and/or social services delivery systems preferred.
Minimum six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.

Estimated Salary:
$75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
