The Programme Manager – Inside Plant is responsible for leading ISP build activity within the Downer New Zealand Telecommunications business. Responsibilities will include maximising workforce productivity, financial outcomes, planning and ensuring excellence in delivery to our customers, whilst forming a part of the Mobile, ISP and Engineering Services Leadership group. The Programme Manager will need to Use a high degree of financial acumen to maximise and explore financial performance of a large programme of small projects, and larger individual projects, with a combined value of $10.0M, while ensuring commercial success at al ends of ISP build activity.
