s Kids was founded in 1996 when two parents created a structured out of school care service for primary aged children. Now we’re New Zealand’s favourite kid’s hangout, welcoming over 3800 tamariki each day at over 170 school sites. Working at s Kids brings out the inner child in all of us! Job Description
About the Role:
Responsible for s Kids Programme set up and the daily operation of the programme as well as fostering great relationships with our school communities.
Play an important role in ‘growing AWESOME kiwi kids’.
Provide day to day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery
Manage parent and school liaison
Manage & Oversee daily administrational tasks
Managing staff & your team members
Hours of work
15+ hours per week, rostered between before and after school programme schedule.
Location of work : Pillans Point school, Tauranga

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has,
A strong passion for working with children aged 5-12 and helping inspiring them, to develop their confidence along with the ability to be true to themselves.
Previous experience working with children or working in the childcare/ education sector.
Previous experience in organizing before & after school programs is highly beneficial.
A strong communicator as you will be the face between s Kids and the parents.
A Valid NZ work/student visa or is a NZ resident or citizen.
In order to comply with Social Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations 2004, only applicants over the age of 20 years old can be considered for this role.
