Your Missions : Act as a key point of contact to communicate project status to internal stakeholders Promote and facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration Support Project Leader with a wide range of activities for the assigned project(s)Main Responsibilities : Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for each milestone Create detailed project timeline and monitor progress regularly Build and utilize dashboards to monitor engineering releases, purchase orders, and deliveries Ensure the BOM is updated daily by the Engineering and Supply Chain teams Identify risks and collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain Teams to develop mitigation plans Report project status weekly to the Project Leader Schedule and coordinate weekly project team meetings and other necessary meetings, including sending invitations Coordinate build events with Workshop, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams Support vehicle development and validation teams to ensure component and spares availability Prepare milestone reviews, including collecting deliverables such as plans and reports Monitor project budget as required by the Project Leader Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of lean project management tools in compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.)Your Profile : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Automotive, Mechanical, or similar)Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools Experience in Project Coordination within Motorsport or Supercar industries Excellent planning and organizational skills with keen attention to detail Self-starter capable of working independently with high-level instructions and seeking support when needed Team-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to influence others Fluent in English; willingness to learn French While knowledge and experience are important, motivation, attitude, and drive to grow are key for Spark.
