The Role :
This is a nationwide programme—the first of its kind in New Zealand. You will be supporting the Programme Director, ensuring that all administrative systems are highly effective and organised. Administration functions may include everything from scheduling, minute taking, planning and management of risks and issues registers. You will be exposed to sensitive information and as such, must have a high level of discretion. You will be working with the C level covering multiple orgranisations. You may be required to travel to Auckland and Christchurch on occasion but based in the Wellington headquarters.
Key Skills and Experience
Experience in building and maintaining Project Plans, Meeting Minutes and Status Reports
Work with a high degree of discretion
Must work independently and have the ability to work across multiple teams
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
The confidence to liaise with C level management
Great attention to detail and even better organisational skills
The ability to plan tasks and deliver results to tight deadlines
Ability to work under pressure and adapt well to change
