Responsibilities of the role:
- Project leadership and strategic direction
- Stockholder managent
- Technical oversight and Quality assurance
- Concept and feasibility studies off the project
- Commissioning of the project.
- Projects including Project build development, custom build residential and Childcare
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines,
quality standards, budgets, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues, assessment of technical implications
- Developing and implicating new strategies to smooth line project progress and to improve
project management procedures
- Coordinating with cross functional teams, architect, structure engineer and contractors
- Providing regular project updates to the key stockholders.
- Ensure compliance with NSW building codes, Australian Standards, environmental regulations,
and workplace safety.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Requirements to apply for the role
- 2-3 years of experience as a project manager in commercial and residential projects.
- Have successfully managed 25+ projects.
- Highly desirable Academic compatibility as a construction manager (Bachelors or masters in
construction management)
- Applicant should have Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management softwares (MSP or Primavera)
- Hands on experience of Autocad, planswift
- Strong financial acumen, including cost estimation, project forecasting, cost control, and
variations.
