Due to exceptional growth and success, the

RPS Project Management team

are seeking a motivated and qualified

client-side Project Manager

who has previous experience in successfully delivering a range of projects. The position will be working on a variety of projects.
The ideal candidate will have Building and Construction consultancy experience in, Infrastructure, Cost and Contract Management, Refit, Property and Facilities Management or similar. This position is based in Wellington, with a high-performing team, that is a market leader in project management who specialises in the delivery of complex projects.
About you
A tertiary qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering, or similar is desirable;
Strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies, in particular, Head Contract, Managing Contractor and Design and Construct is preferable;
Strong Client relationship management skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner;
Proactive and able to think strategically;
3 to 8 years of client-side PM or a PMCA in the industries;
Candidates with a cost management background, experience working with Cost X estimating software would be desirable.
PMI a Accreditation or equivalent would be advantageous.
